Holistic nutrition combines human physiology, digestion, herbal interactions, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, as well as emotional and spiritual state. These fundamentals unite to create a comprehensive approach to health and a person’s well being.
By undertaking a holistic approach to health and to her yoga practice, Victoria assists her students to develop balance in their lives. Students learn to push aside outward pressures and unconscious behaviors, and to cultivate harmony in their emotion and physical state. Eventually, students learn to transform negative thoughts into more positive ones and nurture a peaceful, calm mind, which in turn foster a healthy body.
